This Privacy Policy applies to IVMASH LLC., which owns and operates under its registered trademark “Trailmech” and covers our processing activities as a data controller.
This website and any mobile site that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively “Site”, “Sites”) are owned and operated by IVMASH LLC., with its principal place of business 51G, Marshala Biryuzova Str., 36007, Poltava, Ukraine (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1.1 Definitions

Personal data that we process for any purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for those purposes. Personal data related to customers and /or partner accounts is retained until that person or partner closes their account with us.
Notwithstanding the above, we will retain the data to the extent that we are required to do so by law and in order to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.

We may disclose your personal information to our staff, partners, suppliers, or subcontractors as reasonably necessary for the purposes of fulfilling a contract with you or for delivery of our products and services to you.

We may share your email address with providers of email management and distribution tools, in order to maintain our relationships with you as set out in this Privacy Policy.
We share Google Analytics and Adwords data collected on our Site with Google. Please note that these data do not fall under personal information category and can always be deactivated via the Google Display Settings.

We may transfer to and store the data we collect about you in countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected, including the United States and other destinations outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you provided the information. Depending on the circumstances and the nature of your request it may not be possible for us to do what you have asked, for example, where there is a performance of the contract requirement for us to process your data and it would not be possible to fulfil our legal obligations if we were to stop.

We will seek to deal with your request without undue delay. Please note that we may keep a record of your communication to help us resolve any issues which you raise.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our processing of your personal data and privacy practices. We will post a prominent notice on the Site to notify you of any significant changes to our Privacy Policy.
